*UGANDA LAW SOCIETY MOURNS THE PASSING OF HON. CHARLES MATOVU, VOWS TO CHALLENGE ABATEMENT LAW* Kampala, Uganda - 23 October 2026: The Uganda Law Society (ULS) is deeply saddened by the untimely passing of Hon.
